Kelly Weed was the founder of Nabisco who ran underground elves through his factory. That bag is priceless

  2. It’s heavy, that’s a fact about it. Kelly Weed doesn’t appear to be anyone in professional golf.

My Controller ran half of NABISCO for years. I will ask him on Monday if he knows anything and let you know. He’s at that ‘don’t fucking bother me over the weekend unless our accounts got hacked’ stage of his career or else I’d text him now. 😂

I’d let you join my threesome if you had some Nutter Butters with ya.

Every hole plays 420 yards with that bag

The Nabisco was a WPGA golf tourney in the 80s and 90s. Probably just swag from one of those events.

  7. Cool bag. Nabisco is short for National Biscuit Company for those that weren’t aware.

All I’m getting when I search Kelly Weed is deals at dispensaries in my area.

Back in the day, RJR Nabisco sponsored a TON of athletes as part of “Team Nabisco,” but this name doesn’t turn anything up for me on a Google search for that. This could have been given away at a corporate gala, or something. Maybe Kelly was a VP or something. Nabisco spent wild amounts of money on dumb stuff like this, it’s a big part of the reason they got bought up by KKR.

You gotta change that to “smelly weed.” Nabisco probably will love it.

Weed is the number one reason people buy nabisco products.

Why does everyone always find these bad ass golf stuffs at thrift stores and mine never has any golf stuffs

  13. Odd-Combination-9761

It’s a nabisco golf bag. No, we don’t want to buy it.

Kelly Weed is a strain of marijuana grown predominantly in Ireland.

My uncle used to work for Nabisco and he had a Nabisco pitching wedge. I always thought it was pretty sick

  16. MaybeDirect7109

Nabisco used to be a pretty big sponsor on the PGA Tour in the 80s and 90s

Likely Kelly Weed’s bag, who had a 33 year career working for Nabisco, rising to the General Manager position at the Fair Lawn, NJ factory up until 1987 when he retired. This bag was given to him as a retirement gift. He played at Darlington GC quite a bit until 1999 when he got shoulder injury that kept him off the links. Unfortunately, time didn’t allow his injury to heal and he already found a new hobby in artisan bread making and decided to give up the sport. He ended up giving away his McGregor MT irons, MT1W driver, Ping Pal 4 putter and Staff wedges to a Goodwill in Hackensack.

  18. Used to attend the Nabisco Open in Houston during late 80s or early 90s. Maybe a promo from that?

  19. Cool bag. Zippers Are probably a pain in the ass.

Unrelated, but this is a public service announcement: read Barbarians at the Gate

Here’s what Ai says, maybe a gift to sway a research study:

The connection between “Kelly Weed” and Nabisco appears to be related to the DASH-Sodium Trial, which studied the effects of diet and sodium intake on blood pressure.

    Here’s a breakdown:
Kelly Weed is listed as part of the research team at Duke University Medical Center involved in the DASH-Sodium Trial.
Nabisco is mentioned alongside other food companies like Procter & Gamble and Quaker Oats as being associated with this trial.
It’s possible Nabisco provided food products or funding to support the research.

Illah and Jack Perrin founded Belding back in the seventies. Clears that up.

Is that a Burton bag? They were top of the line bags in the 70’s and early 80’s.

My Dad was a high up with Dr Pepper back in the day and all of them had these big ass custom Dr Pepper tour bags with their names on them. They were big in the corporate realm in the 80’s and 90’s.

I think it was the same brand bag too.

Played a round with Mr Weed back in 88 at Mission Hills CC in Rancho Mirage, funny guy, albeit a stiff on the course. He missed a 2 footer for double bogey that would have gave us the coed 4 person Nabisco fudge packers scramble title… prick.

  26. BigDa-5182006

Nabisco was one of the first big sponsors on the LPGA tour….The Nabisco Dinah Shore Classic

Just take the name Kelly off it and it’d be perfect
